A heavy limb split off our oak during a windy night and was hanging over the side gate, which had me pretty nervous. This tree service didn’t make it feel dramatic; they let me know when the crew was on the way and then explained what they were going to do before starting. The technicians lowered the broken section in pieces instead of just dropping it, and I remember noticing how careful they were around the fence. By the time they left, the yard looked manageable again and I felt like the situation had been handled the right way.
